Jay and his crew replaced a sewer main on my property. They made the repair a priority and did a great job! Everyone was extremely professional! I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Jay and his associate Alan first assessed a master household drain-pipe clogging problem with a boroscopic (camera on a stalk) examination. We agreed on a solution and a price, involving a difficult crawl-space piping replacement, with ABS segments substituted for 62-year-old corroded cast iron, and a re-orienting of the pipe to eliminate a low spot that was thought to interfere with proper drainage to the sewer line at the street. Jay and Alan worked from 3 PM to almost 9 PM, advised that they believed some elements of the original plan weren't necessary, showed me evidence with their boroscope, and said the charge would therefore be only half of what we'd agreed to originally. Problem evaluated, problem addressed, problem eliminated -- at a lower cost than expected. We were highly pleased, to say the least!

I called Jay Saturday morning and he arrived on time as promised in the afternoon. He was very polite and pleasant. Went over what he did and answered all my questions. Had the best price out of all the Pros I received via Home Advisor. I will highly recommend him. His service is worth a 5 star review...you will not be disappointed hiring him for your job. Very quick at getting the work done perfectly.

Precise is really great! They came over to assess a badly clogged kitchen sink. I had tried everything on it, since I do most house repairs myself. But, I could not get this thing cleared using my own methods. They were the first to respond to my Home Adviser inquiry - very early in the morning and came within an hour or so. They are very competitively priced, easy to work with and very focused on making a very happy & satisfied customer out of me, which they accomplished with flying colors! J showed up within 18 hours of my initial call and cleared my kitchen sink blockage. They cleared it and stayed to make sure that the job was complete. I will recommend this company in the future.

My situation turned into an emergency, so Jay very kindly moved up the appointment. He was fast, and hard working. I was at work on a weekday, and he went above and beyond with communicating his progress via phone, text and even photos.. I really appreciated that extra touch.
