Precise Plumbing

J.Cruz was professional, on time and courteous. He takes great pride in his work. I am curious by nature and he patiently answered all my questions. He seemed to enjoy educating me about my home. Because my house is older(Victorian cottage 1862) He was unable to use the crawl space to diagnosis the problem. He had to remove the toilet to use his camera. This was additional work he did not charge me for saving us $100. He made a plan with us to maintain our plumbing and told us what we could anticipate in the future. This will allow us to budget for future needs. His number is in my cell phone and he will be the first person I call in an emergency. I would recommend him to my friends and anyone reading this review. He was great and my dogs loved him too.

Jay went beyond expectations. We had a permanent cinched tube/flexipipe that was cutting flow to our main kitchen faucet. It was a custom part associated with that faucet that could not be repaired with standard plumbing materials. Jay helped track down our faucet model and obtain the warranty with the vendor for the part. He stays in communication with his clients and does a professional efficient job.

Responded rapidly, work done same day, added other repairs which they completed the next day, price in total lower than well known big companies. Young company, will hire again!!

As a landlord to three properties, it was my job to find someone to fix a broken pipe which had leaked a small lake of sewage underneath the concrete of the home caused by build up from the septic tank. I called my Plumber and he FLAKED. got a hold of my contractors plumber out of Walnut Creek, didn't come to Richmond. So it was my Job to go online and find the best plumber in the area who could get the job done as fast and as efficiently as possible. I looked for about 30 seconds, and it was an clear as day that Precise Plumbing was the best in the area based on all the fantastic reviews. After only one phone call, Jay was out here within the hour to check out my problem. They started that day and worked throughout the night and into the next day, 3-4 guys on the job, breaking concrete and everything. And they found a way to do it efficiently as possible, turning a normal 10k job into 4200. When they were done, Jay came down and showed us the final Job with concrete finishing work and everything. I could not believe they did all this that quick, for that price. These guys are the real deal, with professionalism being there main priority. And in a world where we are weary of contractors and Plumbers charging to much, Precise made it a point to do the opposite, treating me like I was a close family friend. If anyone EVER needs a plumber please Give Jay and his Crew a call!

All I can say is Jay is the best! I would give him a 10 star if possible! After talking to several plumbers, some who never showed up, promised to call, I thankfully found this company. I will always call Jay, hes's reliable, honest and treats your home as if it were his. 100% recommend!

Mr. Cruz is an extremely nice man and eager to earn your business and does very good work. He showed up and got right to work and had the problem solved in just a few moments. He even asked if there was anything else that needed looking at before leaving. Will certainly hire him again.
