Precise Plumbing, J. Cruz and his team provided SUPERIOR service! I called J to get an estimate because my toilets were not flushing and the water was coming into my showers. J asked a variety of questions to determine the root of my issues and how best to rectify the problem. He quoted me a price and told me that if he found that it required less effort, he would actually reduce the price. But he promised me that I would not have to pay more than his quoted price. J and his crew arrived as expected and in a timely manner. Instead of coming alone, he brought two of his team members. They examined where my drainage pipes were and the best course of action. Keep in mind that they had to haul a gigantic, industrial-strength snake to my roof since my house is older and didn't have the spill-out drains. Plus, they didn't want to tear out my toilets which would have taken even more time and headache for me. These guys were super efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciate the experience and knowledge, the straightforwardness, and the professionalism. Oh and best thing, he gave me a discount! How's that for excellent customer service?! And believe me, they put in the extra work to get the job done to my satisfaction so I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing to everyone!
