J Cruz was the answer to our prayers. We had 4 clogged yard drains as the big storm began. When we called, J advised he would be out to our home the next morning, which is exactly what he did. He was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. He had our drains cleared in a very short time. J Cruz was prompt, hardworking, personable. It was memorable to see him pull a three or four foot length of tree roots out of the hole where the toilet had been. Like watching a fisherman pull a mini-monster out of a hole in the ice. He then rototilled 80 feet back to the street. While working, he gave me information about preventive care.

I really appreciated that he came out right away. It was my husband's birthday weekend and the last thing I thought he should be doing was replacing 2 sump pumps. Turns out that the pumps were not the issue, but the electrical leading to them. The gardeners had thrashed one set up and the o the was just plain bad electrical set up.

J Cruz showed up around noon on a Sat and by around 2:30, had the drain cleared. Must have snaked the main clean-out 5 or 6 times and determined there is probably a root problem. Very nice young man who showed great respect for our property. He even wore latex booties when entering our home. I hope it won't be soon, sorry J lol, but when the time comes we'll definitely be calling him back.

J. Cruz is professional,pleasant. and respectful. He scheduled his visit in a flexible way, according to my needs. When he saw that I was interested in the procedure, he explained and answered my questions.He will be my plumber from now on.

J. Cruz was so nice! My Mom who is 90 needed a new sump pump pit underneath her house. He explained the job in detail and worked with her budget by reusing the old pump that was still in working condition. We were worried about the tiny crawl space, he said no problem with a smile, he would have the tiniest guy on his crew to help.The new pit was done in a few hours. What an excellent job!
