After diagnosing the problem, he offered multiple solutions and I was very satisfied with the final result. All of this was accomplished on the same day, and the value for the money was outstanding. Mr. J. Cruz presented himself in a professional manner. My drainage system was block really bad with roots, Jay was persistent until he got the drain to open. J. Cruz of Precise Plumbing is what a plumber should be!!!!! He cleared a badly clogged sewer line for me (our friend Mr. tree roots). He arrived when promised, was very experienced in his trade, respected my home as if it were his own and completed the job meticulously. Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday nite and pricing was more than reasonable for the job he did. Plan on having him remodel my other bathroom. He is truly a guardian angel with a snake!!!!!!!

Jay was hired by us to clear a slow draining/clogged up toilet in our bathroom. I found him through Home Advisor and he responded to my inquiry fairly quickly. We set up an appointment for the afternoon initially but he was held up on an emergency appt so we rescheduled for the following day. He did come around the time he specified and did an outstanding job troubleshooting and fixing up the problem! My wife said he was very friendly and knowledgeable and we will surely use him again for our plumbing needs!
