Jay Cruz, owner of Precise Plumbing, was very considerate of my time. He returned my call promptly when I left a voicemail about needing a repair. He did a great job of letting me know when he would arrive and was very prompt. His crew was friendly, efficient, and left the work site very tidy. I intend to call Precise Plumbing for any future repairs on this system.

So glad that I found Precise Plumbing on Home Advisor! Silas was professional, tidy, and worked quickly. Had a problem with our sewer ejector pump and they were able to get it fixed in just a couple of hours. They were easy to work with and their prices are very competitive. Definitely going to call them again when I have any plumbing issues.

J. Cruz and Tony were unbelievable. They are true professionals: capable, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They responded rapidly to my emergency call on a Saturday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it. In my fifty years of construction experience, i have seldom seen such professionalism in any craft. Highly recommend Precise Plumbing for any plumbing need.

Although his information said Monday - Friday work hours, he came out on Sunday to take care of my emergency. He was here within an hour or so of the promised time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and works quick. Gave a price on the phone and stuck to his price. Didn't try to sell me other services like the other plumbers I called in the past.
