Jay arrived prepared and had all he needed on his truck. Very impressed with the speed and quality if work.

Jay was straight forward. He knew his stuff. I put my problem in and he was the first to respond, within minutes. Everyone else was couple of hours. A day late and a dollar short. He was punctual, friendly, easy to talk to. Communicated exactly where he was to coordinate on my time. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing fix-its. I was very impressed.

Repair or replace sump pump (November 27, 2018). I inquired on Angie's List for Repair or Replace of a Sump Pump. Jay from Precise Plumbing contacted me within 30-45 minutes of my inquiry. I sent Jay pictures of the existing sump pump for evaluation. We discussed my concerns regarding the intermittent working status of the aging sump pump and scheduled an appointment for 7AM the next day. Unfortunately, Jay discovered that one of his technicians used the last stocked sump pump, so he would not be able to make the 7AM appointment. Jay apologized profusely and rescheduled the appointment for 6PM (same day), after I got off work. Jay’s lead technician, Alan, arrived a few minutes before 6pm. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He evaluated the situation, explained what he would be doing to replace the existing sump pump and answered questions to my satisfaction. It took a little over 45 minutes for Alan to replace the sump pump because he had some issues with the check valve, which he resolved. Alan left the work area clean and tidy. The project was very reasonably priced. SUPERIOR and super-efficient service. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jay, Alan, and Precise Plumbing and would use their services again! I got a call back from Precise 16 hours before the other plumber I contacted and I was able to get service the next day. He showed up on time, got right to work and, even though he had to fix something unexpectedly that the handyman had previously botched, he still charged the quoted price for the original job. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing.

Great experience! Jay got back to me within a few hours of my request and was able to squeeze me in within a day. They do solid work at a great price, even when the job required additional plumbing after the sump pump replacement. Precise Plumbing is my new “go-to” if we ever need to have any pluming work done.

To be completely honest, I never knew anyone could be so passionate about plumbing until I met Jay. I ended up with a late night plumbing emergency...long story short, we tried to fix the problem ourselves and ended up with sewage all over our kitchen floor. We messaged Jay, and it was too late for Jay's guys to come out, but he gave us tons of advice and asked several questions to try and figure out what was going on and help us solve it ourselves, even though we weren't paying him for speaking with us for over an hour after 10pm at night! In the end, the problem was too big for us to fix, so we had him send his lead technician over first thing in the morning. It was a huge, complicated, and dirty job, but his worker did a skilled job with an incredibly good attitude. I truly appreciate their help. This was a nightmare situation, and my only regret was that we didn't hire them right away! Will definitely call Jay again next time I have an issue, and I highly recommend him and his crew!
