J. Cruz worked very hard for my business and the end result was complete satisfaction.

I had to have a sump pump installed immediately. Jay and his team were quick to come out and evaluate my problem. They were very fair in pricing. My situation ended up being "worst case scenario" but they were back out to install an interio French drain in my tenants laundry room, where the pump was installed. It was a huge job but they fit my job into their schedule. I am very pleased with the work that they performed. I would definitely hire them for as many issues as I might come across. Jay responded promptly to replace my non-working sump pump. After a year of much trouble with 3 pumps, Jay replaced it with a different type, which is still working and I am feeling more confident that it will continue working. He was very personable and completed the work quickly.

If I could give J. Cruz 7 stars I would! We had a complicated secondary pipe blockage that defied all reason. Jay and his crew were exceptionally professional and very diligent. I wish all contractors had his work ethic and determination. I will gladly recommend Jay to all my friends. It's hard to find a good responsible contractor that arrives on time and doesn't give up until the job is done.

I can't say enough about Jay and his crew. I can tell you right now, Jay knows his stuff, and was one of the most professional contractors I've ever dealt with. He put my mind at ease, walked me through the the process, answered countless annoying texts about the project and the most important part, completed a job that prevented hundreds of gallons of water from entering the lower part of my house. I'm not sure what I did to be so lucky to have Jay even available to do the job, but he was, and did a fantastic job. This was a sloped crawl space where the surface was already mucky clay and they slopped around in that and got the exact plan done Jay had laid out. This was before that last barrage of rain, and it held up and the area has even started to dry out since the water is being directed right at the pump. Can't thank them enough.

After major storms and with little notice on a weekend, he agreed to replace a defective sump pump in a extremely tight and dark crawl space under the house. He made sure that the pump was installed with proper equipment and protocols. He was highly communicative about what what steps he was taking to ensure proper drainage and showed pictures to demonstrate progress "before" and "after" the job. He was respectful of our home and very courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for other issues that may arise in the future.

It was a pleasant surprise to have someone with a desire to be customer oriented. These gentlemen came in fixed the problem and charged me less than the original estimate. Not only were they professional, they were simply nice. This is the only plumbing service I will recommend and already have.
