Jay, was willing to come to my house on a weekend to service my leaking drainage. He showed up on the agreed time and went right to work. We had a flood in our bathroom, water throughout the entire downstairs. We called Precise Plumbing and within 20 minutes Jay and his crew were at our home. They were respectful of COVID and wore masks and had 6 feet of social distancing the entire time they were in our home. They repaired a pipe and provided excellent customer care. Itâ  s funny to think how important plumbing is when you donâ  t have it. Found this out the hard way coming home to find that nothing in my house would drain. House was completely unusable. I had gotten another quote to fix the line and was told 7k-12k to pull up my driveway, fix the collapsed line and repair my clean out. Being more of a. Assumption because they couldnâ  t get there shake or camera past the â  collapsed pipeâ  . Jay and his crew came in, and in 20 minutes diagnosed the problem that took the other outfit 2 days. They were able to see that the pipe was not collapsed. Using a snake camera, it was confirmed that I had bad root intrusion throughout my entire line leading to the main. Precise plumbing not only saved me thousands of dollars, but they were able to blade my lines and completely repair my cracked clean out for a price that we could actually afford. This also came with a nice warranty as well! This is the way you should do business, and I highly recommend precise plumbing to anyone in need of there services!
