We had standing water under our house when our sump pump quit working. When Jay heard what the situation was he came right out to assess the problem. Knowing that a big storm was going to move in the next day he started working on a solution immediately. He did a fantastic job getting a new pump installed and the work was impeccable. He came back after the storm to finish up and left the space very clean and in much better condition than he found it. He was extremely professional and I would absolutely hire him again. I definitely recommend him.

Experience far exceeded our hopes and expectatations - immediate phone call - responded to our home quickly and worked into the night to make us operational. Returned the next day to finish up. After some recent heavy rains, our home had water coming in our lower level hallway under a foundation wall. J responded almost immediately to my query on Home Advisor. We determined where sumps with pumps were needed and he and his crew somehow worked it into their schedule to dig two 8' deep sumps in an amazingly short period of time. J installed quiet pumps, extended electrical to them and hooked them into our existing landscape drain system. He and his crew are hard working, neat and personable. And, J is right there doing much of the work. He doesn't disappear after the contract is signed. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing and will certainly call them in the future.

The owner has followed up with me a couple of times to check on the drain his employee cleared. His employee, Devine did an outstanding job clearing our outdoor drain. He let me know that if he wasn't able to clear the drain, there would be no charge, however he did clear the drain and it was well worth the charge. I would 100% endorse this company and would look no further for another plumbing company for your project. I'm a stickler on customer service and by far, this company exceeded my expectations.
