During the initial consultation, J. took the time to describe his proposal for the work in great detail and provided an exact figure for the cost on the spot. The job was done in very short amount of time and J. was able to schedule us within a week of our initial consultation. J. walked us through the work as it progressed, giving us honest feedback about what he thought should be done. At no point did we feel pressured to pay for extra services or surprise repairs. In fact, we asked J. to repair a crack in the cement near our water heater where water had seeped in the previous winter and to install a pan around it for protection against any overflow. J. included these services (which involved draining and remounting our water heater) at no additional cost: his initial estimate for the work was precisely the same as the amount we paid when the job was done. At all times J. and his crew were courteous and respectful. They were careful to clean up the workspace before leaving our home.
