This company is amazing! J. Cruz....the owner and Certified Plumber...did outstanding work! I had a list of things that had to be done and he did them! I live in an older home and had a bathtub that couldn't hold water because of a broken drain piece. No other plumber would even tackle the job but J did! He found a way to fix it in a cost effective creative manner. He also replaced a very old sump pump and fixed my toilet! He did everything quickly and effectively! His prices are lower than others I called and came out right away! Other plumbers couldn't come for a week! He is just an all around great guy! Respectful and efficient! I have hired many people in my lifetime, but this was the best experience ever! If you need a plumber...emergency or not....don't hesitate to hire Precise Plumbing! You will be happy you did! Very professional & did quality work. It was late at night and they came anyway to crawl underneath my crawl space for drainage fixing under wet and cold conditions the first time and came back the 2nd time to strap in my pipe for free.

These guys were GREAT! They quoted a price and even though turned out to be more difficult than thought, they stuck to their quote. Hard to find this kind if service.

Knowledgeable. Did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it for the price he said he would do it for. Value in plumbing is always a hard thing for me... if his repair holds up for a good amount of time, I would change this from 4.5 to 5 stars. We will see. I highly recommend j. Cruz.

J Cruz (the owner) and Ryan his assistant were able to come to my house on the same day I called to replace a malfunctioning sump pump under my house. This was during a brutal storm and they showed up at 7PM after putting in a long day at other customers. They did an great job of getting my old pump out of the house and putting in a more reliable pump. They also came by the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

We called Jay about slow drains. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend or use again.

Even after a very long day J and his trainee made it to my home to install a sump pump. J was very knowledgeable , had the replacement sump pump on his truck and completed the job very quickly.
