Precise Plumbing was the first company to contact me, and were ready to come out the next day. Jay showed up at the exact time he said he would be there. He was a very professional and knew what he was talking about. He explained to me what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I don t know much about plumbing but I googled the average pricing of what my project should cost, and their pricing was excellent. Jay took a picture of the finished work so that I could see it since it was under my house, and before leaving he asked if everything else in our house was working ok, and let us know about the warranty that came with our sump pump. He said now that you have my number don t hesitate to call us for any of your concerns, and I most definitely will.

Allan was early and was prepared with all the information. I showed him where things were and he explained what he was going to do. He was done replacing the pump in less than an hour! Great service!

Very prompt and friendly service, and excellent value. I had a sump pump problem, and Precise ultimately needed to replace the pump. The work was high quality and came with a 5-year warranty. Highly recommended.
