J. Cruz, the owner was excellent. He is very reasonable price wise and an excellent plummer.It only took them about an hour, he only clarged us $300.00 and our dishwasher that was flooding also.I would use them again if I needed a plummer!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Cruz, the owner of the company, called me PROMPTLY after I left a message. He and his crew were at my home in 30 minutes, ON A SATURDAY MORNING! The plumbing installers that put our garbage disposal in last year used ABS slip couplings and GLUED the pipes together, making it impossible to even clean the P-trap. Mr. Cruz also found that our roofer put a FALSE VENT on our roof, and he fixed the vent, the undersink piping, and cleared our clogged piping in less than 45 minutes! If you don't hire this man to work for you, I would say you would be a fool and would be in serious need of a mental examination! (LOL) I truly hope that Mr. Cruz remains WILDLY successful in his business, and I also hope that this young man will retire a multi-millionaire he works very hard, he KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING, and does it EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. Just for the record, he shows up with a crew, not by himself! He is about getting the job DONE AND DONE CORRECTLY AND EFFICIENTLY, and does not dawdle like the other "commercially known" services that charge you $200 or more per hour to "hang out and maximize the billing". He has EXTREMELY FAIR AND COMPETITIVE PRICING for the level of work that he does! I, as a professional airraft mechanic, demand only the best quality of work from anyone that I hire, and Mr. J. CRUZ PASSED MY LITMUS TEST WITH FLYING COLORS (pardon the pun!)

OMG J IS HEAVEN SENT. HE IS SO DETAILED. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. I WAS SO COMFORTABLE WITH HIM COMING TO MY HOME FROM TALKING WITH HIM ON THE PHONE. WE EVEN COMMUNICATED BY TEXT THE NIGHT BEFORE. HE FAMILIARISED HIMSELF WITH THE JOB BY ASKING ME TO SEND HIM PICS OF MY PROBLEM AREA. I DID AND THE REST WAS HISTORY. HE GAVE ME A LINK TO WATCH A VIDEO OF THE WORST CASE SINERIO AND EXPLAINED THE LEAST CASE TO ME. HE WAS ON TIME , AND HE ASSESSED MY PROBLEM THEN EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. HE WAS SO NEAT AND CLEAN THAT YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT HE HAD JUST COMPLETED THE WORK THAT HE DID. I WILL NEVER CALL AOTHER PLUMBER WE ARE GOIBG TO GROW OLD TOGETHER. I FEEL LIKE I JUST GAINED A BROTHER. THIS MAN IS THE BEST.
