We feel very lucky to have found J.Cruz. he was hard working, on time, knowledable, polite and honest. My faimly and I strongly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

Friendly and on time.

J. did a great job with a very tricky sump pump repair. After the pump was replaced, we still experienced issues with the alarm going off, even though the pump was working. The root cause was the way the water was flowing into the pump itself. It took some serious troubleshooting, but J. got to the bottom of it and the pump has been working well since he fixed it.

I had an emergency situation and J. responded as soon as possible to our needs. It was a challenging work site and J was very professional in his approach to the problem. He is great on customer service and was very hepful in explaining how he was going to solve the problem. J. is great and I wold definitely hire him again.

Not Bad

Jay and his crew were outstanding. I have had many plumbing jobs done over the years but this one was top notch, no question. His has broad knowledge and experience and it shows. He pointed out what the issues where with my sump pump system and what the options were to address them. He explained clearly how the new install worked and how important regular maintenance would be. The job included replacing two sump pumps. He completely cleared out all lines and sump areas to ensure the system worked optimally. No corners were cut for a top not , high quality job. Thanks Jay!

Very efficient

Mr. Cruz did a fabulous job - my tenants stated their toilet was in constant need of "plunging" to get it to keep it clear. I called Precise Plumbing for the work. We made the appointment for the next day and on the day of the service, he called to say he could come over an hour earlier which worked out great for my schedule. He explained the job thoroughly and with his crew snaked all the lines quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend him for routine, emergency or any plumbing work you may have in the future.
