Jay was very professional on the whole process. I took pictures of the area before he even came, so that he could have some advanced diagnosis and assemble potential parts for the appointment. He kept me informed about the appointment and his arrival. We discussed repair options and had an agreed plan. The line kinks are completely fixed that were causing several issues in the kitchen sink area (not to mentioned installed wrong from the beginning under some previous ownership/ original installation). I like hiring professionals like Jay from Home Advisor because they take pride in their business and workmanship. Jay also is available for emergency plumbing issues to keep in mind for those occasions. I recently hired Jay again because I had a permanent kink form in my kitchen faucet line that was cutting off flow. Jay helped find the sink model and found out it was under warranty for the part.

Jay's professional and friendly attitude reflect his genuine concern for doing the job correctly and at a fair price. So..it's father days and just my luck my father-in-law, who is elder, and can't fixed things anymore calls me to tell me the bathrooms are backing up. I call Precise plumbing and Jay came to my father's aid on father's day. Jay was here on time, he finished the job quick and everything was well. I would definitely hire this company again!

After communicating with several plumbers, I hired Mr. J. Cruz, Precise Plumbing for his reasonable price. Very courteous, respectful and meticulous! A professional as demonstrated by expertly installing the garbage disposal and kitchen faucet within a time frame. Now, both installed unit works fine. I am writing this review to acknowledge thanks for a job well done.

Very professional approach to disgnosing problem. Wore booties and was careful to make only the smallest mess. Cleaned up all the remaining small bits.

J Cruz provided absolutely excellent service. He was prompt, professional, and prepared (the lessor known 3P's)! He took great care to make sure I understood what the issue was with my plumbing and explained how he fixed it. He was amazingly fast. even with the clean up part. That was a very nice surprise! I would hire J again without hesitation, and unreservedly recommend him to anyone else.
