Jay is very professional and a step ahead of the last company that was not able to do the job. Not only does he have power drain machines, but fiber optic camera to find location of blockage to repair underground piping.

Amazing service. Scheduled a water heater replacement within a couple of days. Jay knows exactly what he is doing and the job was done in a couple of hours. Now, i finally have hot water again!!! The price was great as well! Definitely recommend Jay for all your plumbing needs!

Jay and his tech Mark, of Precise Plumbing, were LIFESAVERS!! Both were very professional, educated on their work and ready to go! My son broke a water pipe on a Thursday afternoon the day before we are supposed to be going out of town. Hubby was at work when it happened and it was my daughter's graduation night, so went to bed with no water that night. The next morning, Friday, I called Precise Plumbing at 5:48 am and someone willingly woke up and answered my call...it was Jay the owner I found out later!! After explaining the situation to him, he immediately asked me to text him a photo of what we were dealing with so he could truly evaluate the situation. He was able to give me a quote quickly and advised he would be able to reschedule his morning to help us get our water back on and would be at our house by 1030...he was there by 8:30 am. Due to him rearranging his schedule and us leaving out of town, he was able to cap the pipe and band-aide the fix promising to return Monday and add the water valve back on. He was true to his word! I would HIGHLY recommend Precise Plumbing. Their service and pricing are the very best you will find!!

On time and a good job done

We sequentially hired two different handyfolk to fix our leaking washing machine. The second person successfully diagnosed that it was not a problem with the washing machine, but a clogged drain line. We evaluated several plumbers via Angi.com. Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. This quickly leads me to being overjoyed. One extremely nice thing is that Jay warrantys his work and that is pretty wonderful. Thanks Jay
