Timely service at reasonable cost

The team was young, slim, quick, eager and knowledgeable. We recently had replaced our furnace and all heating ducts beneath the house and were concerned the new ducts not be damaged during plumbing repair. The team listened and respected our concerns. We are very happy with their professionalism, quality and speed of work, and plan to call on them again when we are ready to upgrade our bathrooms. Thank you, Precise Plumbing!

I received a call from Mr. Cruz immediately on placing my request. He asked the right questions to determine the problem. I thought it was a simple clog. He determined that it was a sewer main blockage. The plumbers arrived within an hour and completed the work in less than an hour. They were really efficient, nice guys. They explained what they were doing as the work progressed and finished quickly. I think the charge for the service was reasonable also. Yay! The water now runs freely.

The owner, J Cruz, came out and did the work himself within 1 hour of my call. He is a true professional. He assessed Tthe situation by asking me some good questions before he came. He showed up prepared. He obviously diagnosed the problem correctly from the start, had the right tools, worked in a physically challenging space, and left my kitchen spotless when he had finished his work. All of this adds value when it comes to spending my hard earned money. Precision Plumbing earned every penny and then some.
