Precise Plumbing

J Cruz was the plumber hired. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Clean up was excellent. We had clogged kitchen drain at the dinner hour (Murphy's law @ work) but J took care of it pronto. I recommend him highly.

I received a call from Judge as soon as I put in here for a quote. He had someone out within 2 hours even though it wasn't an extreme emergency. The two men he sent were very courteous and professional. they got the job done quick and for the amount quoted. Not only that they snaked the main drain to the street for free. Judge called afterwards to make sure that the work was done well and clean up was done also. Def have his number in my contacts for future jobs.

I put in a request for a sump pump replacement to HomeAdvisor and received a call from Precise Plumbing within a few minutes. After talking with J from Precise Plumbing (and reading his reviews), I decided to have him come out and look at my sump pump to be replaced. He gave me an appointment time to come out the next day. He not only came at the exact time he specified, he called me to tell me he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. He built and cemented in a beautiful sump pit and replaced my old non-working sump pump with a new one. It worked perfectly in the last week through two rainstorms. I would definitely recommend Precise Plumbing and will use him for any of my plumbing needs in the future!

The plumber Judge Cruz was prompt and polite as he responded to my emergency call he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He came prepared and didn't have to keep running back and forth to his vehicle, he was not on his cell phone like most technicians that you hire. He is a very intelligent and professional young man. J called within minutes of my request being submitted. He showed up within an hour and worked efficiently to clear all lines from house. We ended up with a corroded pipe that will need to be replaced at some time. Knowing we are in the planning stages of a remodel, he cut the pie, and fixed it saving us replacement and labor costs of a pipe that will eventually be removed in the remodel. Very efficient and friendly.

These guys were quick to response. Identified the root cause after a thoriugh check, gave the quote which was reasonable and finished the job with 6 months warranty. It has been more than a week the sump pump is working fine.
