Best experience Iâ ve ever had! They came 5 minutes early, very polite, and very good at their job. They fixed my water heater and now I can do my daily tasks with no problems.

The young man that came out late night for our emergency, was pleasant and did his best to clean up after the job was completed. It was very cold and he had to work outside on the roof. Not something to take lightly!

The were very good at communicating before, during and after work was complete. The two young men who did the work were very diligent, professional and were very respectful. They found and corrected my problem and discussed future plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. I will diffently use Precise Plumbing again.

Jay came by between the time window as promised. He looked at the problem and knew what he had to do. He gave me a quote, which was less than the other two quotes I received. He came well equipped with the tools needed and started working immediately. Jay walked me through the process and showed me what was happening with my main sewer line. There were roots! He did a great job. I recommend Jay!

Jay came through HUGE for my family & I this morning, SUNDAY morning! Main drain to street AND secondary drain both CLOGGED on a Saturday night. Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. Very friendly over the phone, also very direct in price quote. He told me he d have the problem solved for $___ which, for a Sunday I felt was reasonable, and even though the job ended up being a bit more involved/complicated and definitely more time consuming than originally expected, he actually charged me one cent less than he quoted me! Got entire house drains cleaned out as well as main & secondary drains. Was also very prompt arriving within an hour or so of initial correspondence . Jay and his technician were both very pleasant and made sure to explain to me each step he would be taking to clear the drains, taking the time to make sure I understood what was likely happening and what the likely solution would be. Jay made sure I was happy before leaving and assured me that we won t have any drain problems. We can t thank you enough for showing up within an hour of our talking and getting the job done well at the price you quoted me!! We are now washing dishes and doing laundry which, without Jay and his tech, we d still be waiting to do. Not to mention showering and basic everyday household activities that absolutely require water. Sincerely THANK YOU, Jay and Precise Plumbing!!! You came through for us BIG TIME!!!

These guys are cool. They are the best. Got here fast and took care of business like pros. Honestly the company has good people who care about their work and giving the customer their moneys worth. Other plumbers wanted more $ highly recommended for any household plumbing issue large or small Thx guys

On Saturday, at about 4:00 in the afternoon, the toilet and shower in my master bathroom had overflowed so bad that it had seeped into my bedroom. (This had occurred simply after I ran the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time.) Suffice it to say, this caused a panic in me. Thankfully, I was able to ascertain the problem with the help from a friend who used to be a plumber. This helped me to realize that, though inconvenient, the problem at least wasn't some kind of emergency. With that, I immediately began reaching out to any plumbers I could find. The quotes that I was receiving were simply far too high for the job, especially because I know how to snake a clean line myself. In fact, I would have done so myself, were it not for my desire to have a camera down the line. (I had a clog about a year ago, so I was interested in seeing if there were any larger issues.) Of all of the plumbers that I got into contact withâ including one of my friend's plumber friendsâ Precise Plumbing had the best rate. They were willing to do the job at a rate that I could afford. Not only this, Malik, who had come out to do the job, worked with excellence. He was punctual, communicative, and competent. Not only this, he was also very personable. After he finished the job, he showed me the root problem that he picked up in the cameraâ which was actually roots. He explained long term solutions, but was in no ways pushy about it. I immediately put Malik's work to the test by running both the dishwasher and the washing machine again, which had caused the overflow in the beginning. You'll never guess what happened... nothing at allâ the problem was solved. Anyways, I write this review to say that Precise Plumbing is the way to go. I will definitely be telling my friends about them, but I hope the HomeAdvisor community could likewise benefit from such a competent company.

They were in too much of a hurry to do a thorough job the first time they came out and. It plugged up again within 2 weeks. My lateral has been replaced so this should not happen. I usually get my line cleaned every two years as it is long. I have watched a lot of other companies work so I have them to compare with. I will not hire them again. Does not provide receipt for work and did not quote a price up front. I had to ask. Just not real professional. UPDATE: came out a 2nd time and did part of the line and left, I then posted this review, UPDATE: Jay called after seeing my review and asked if he could come out and make things right. He catered the line at no additional charge and showed me that roots were in one part and that the line had â  belliedâ  . He put on a head to clear the roots. He offered to refund my money but I declined, since he had been out three times and run the camera. I have raised the score from 2 to 4 as he did pay attention to my review and did try to fix things. I just wish he had taken more care with cleaning the line on the first visit.
