Jay was very helpful. He took my call on a Sunday night. He took time to explain what a sump pump is and possible problems. He came to fix our issue the next day.

He called Immediately after I placed the request, he showed up when he said he would and he fixed the problem!

Jay diagnosed my sump pump problem and did a good job. I would certainly put him on my list of reliable service.

Wow! The best experience I have ever had in my life with Plumbing services. Jay and his partner (forgot the name) were on time. They were professional and experienced. Jay explained exactly what they were going to do to diagnose the plumbing issue I was experiencing. After realizing the job was going to be a bigger job than anticipated, I appreciate the fact that Jay gave me the heads up about the changes and gave me the choice to continue with his services or not. Jay and his partner were working on resolving the clog that was blocking the water in my bathroom for almost two hours. They had to replace the bolts on the toilet bowl because they actually had to saw open the old bolt to be able to remove the toilet. Despite of all the efforts, Jay offered me his services at a fair price of $140 for rooting services. I had done my research before hiring Jay and I knew I could not find a better deal than what he was offering. Thank God that what turned out to be an unexpected event was resolved in the BEST possible manner. On top of that, Jay and his partner did a fantastic job of cleaning my bathroom after finishing their services. Finally, Jay demonstrated to me that even if I have all the waters open in my house, my bathroom downstairs will no longer experience an overflow. This turned out to be a great start to a new year :-) I highly recommend Jay and his partner for rooting services. They are a great team and they are both super knowledgeable.

These guys diagnosed the issue promptly and started to tackle it as soon as the arrived. They were more interested in getting the work done and done right rather than taking too long to complete it.

Quick response when I needed it. Friendly, professional service. Took an extra hour+ due to some installation difficulties, but cheerfully accepted previously agreed payment..
