J. Cruz provides outstanding and professional plumbing service. He quickly diagnosed my bathroom sink problem and bathtub drain issues and remedied both situations to our complete satisfaction. If we have plumbing issues again, I will certainly call upon J. Cruz and Precision Plumbing to fix the problem.

Fast efficient, well mannered. They cleaned up after themselves, and one thing I really loved...they asked if they could wash their hands. How cool is that? This shows you these are people that are clean,and you are clean you like things clean. Yes I would them again!

I don't know what I would have done without his expertise and quick resolution of the sewer tree root problem. I certainly can highly recommend you to all homeowners, family and friends. J. After spending hours sweeping water out of our basement during a heavy rainfall last winter, we decided to have a sump pump installed. Our research turned up a few promising professionals to do the work, J. Cruz included. We are so pleased we decided to go with J. Cruz and Precise Plumbing. We highly recommend him if you are considering sump pump installation or any other plumbing service. During the initial consultation, J. took the time to describe his proposal for the work in great detail and provided an exact figure for the cost on the spot. Others we called out to look at the basement breezed through and sent proposals days later (if at all). Their estimates were by far more expensive. The job was done in very short amount of time and J. was able to schedule us within a week of our initial consultation. J. walked us through the work as it progressed, giving us honest feedback about what he thought should be done. At no point did we feel pressured to pay for extra services or surprise repairs. In fact, we asked J. to repair a crack in the cement near our water heater where water had seeped in the previous winter and to install a pan around it for protection against any overflow. J. included these services (which involved draining and remounting our water heater) at no additional cost: his initial estimate for the work was precisely the same as the amount we paid when the job was done. At all times J. and his crew were courteous and respectful. They were careful to clean up the workspace before leaving our home. Their work demonstrated a professional level of knowledge and an emphasis on safety. It was a genuine pleasure working with them and we will certainly recommend them to any of our friends in need of a plumber.

J Cruz is very professional. He followed up on my request, and was able to come and diagnose the problem, and explained everything to me clearly. My kitchen drain clogs almost every year. Due to space limitation, the only way to clean it is from the roof vent, which is not safe, and is costly. So I decided to put in a cleanout this time. It was not an easy job because the space under the kitchen sink is very small. J Cruz did an excellent job in putting in a cleanout that can be accessed from the outside wall. Once that's installed, he also unclogged the drain, which was much easier. He cleaned up everything after he finished the job. His price is reasonable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

J came out on July 5th. He was here within 2 hours of my posting on Home Advisor. The job became much bigger than expected, not surprising, given the age of the house. It was clear he tried the simple option first. He was courteous, professional and well prepared. He dealt with the urgent problem and suggested some maintenance work that is clearly needed. I will hire him for that too. I like supporting an independent business.

J was very friendly and helpful. He kept me appraised of the situation as it unfolded. I would highly recommend him. :-)
