Jay was lightning-fast with his response to my work request and incredibly timely. I was surprised he could keep his promise with his arrival time, but he indeed did. I enjoyed his enthusiasm and interest in his work and he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about sump pumps. He explained the work he did and improvised with a makeshift cover for my sump pump to make sure my cats didn't push dirt into it. Nice added effort. I thought we were agreeing on a price that was to include lining the sump pump pit, but after he was finished he said it didn't need it, so I'm not sure the price was right. Outside of this, I'm pleased with his work.

This should have been a simple project but was more complex than initially thought. The plumber took extra care to snake the pipes and to clear out the blockage far down the line. He kept me informed of his progress, which too a few hours and cleaned up everything before he left.

Jay showed up at the time he specified and he was eager to get the work done. With the help of his colleague, he found the problem and resolved the issue in just a matter of time. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend using Precise Plumbing for clogged drains.
