the service person was very courteous and knew what he was doing. I was not pleased with the pricing of this company. They give you a good speech about their services at the beginning of their visit but when he finally quoted the price I nearly fell of my chair. It was about $00 to $400 ,more that I had expected. Thy must be making a huge markup on the water heater and they are heavy on the labor. This water heater was for a manufactured home which I know are higher priced, but not this much more. Because of the pricing I would have a difficult time recommending The Service Professor.

Good work! Higher cost than expected

Unfortunately, once the work was completed they discovered the price went up due to "hidden" charges. Jake was absolutely meticulous in his installation of my outlets and cable boxes. The final results were excellent. I thought the cost was higher than it should be, but I would use them again because the results were worth it.

At The Service Professor, we stock our vehicles with custom supplier materials and appliances made the old fashioned way without all of the plastic, mass-produced parts that don't last. We can't same the same thing of our competitors, so please be aware that saving money on electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling services today, could mean repeat calls to fix the same issues sooner than you would like!
