Commission. They all work on commission. Which means that in the end, they're not looking out for you as much as they're looking out for themselves. Case in point- after they removed a clog they quoted me 15K to fix my long-term problem, had a second opinion; long-term problem fixed for $349. McDonald Plumbing; they get paid hourly.

Did it cost $200 to fix a leaky faucet $50 for the part $50 to show up for an estimate, $300 to replace a leaky faucet seems a little bit high for me I would not recommend this company or any company that charges.

More interested in selling a new water heater and a yearly membership than in doing the job I requested Claimed to check all the sinks and faucet Said they were all fine but I know at least 3 of them are plugged and two faucets do not work Very expensive $350.00 to change one hose and replace some parts in the toilet when I gave them some of the parts
