Reviews
Write a ReviewI also hired them for electrical and boiler work.
Wanted a whole house generator, and from the initial quote from Dan B., to the installation with Tom, who put in the new gas line, to Josh, who installed the generator, service was awesome. Not the cheapest out there, but because of their world of information, great literature to back up everything, and knowledgeable people, I am so glad to have hired them. Wonderful group from customer service, and beyond, and would highly recommend.
Thank you for your kind words. Our team continues to exceed even our expectations. We'll make sure to share your review with Dan, Tom, Josh, and our customer service team!
Jim was observing electrical needs/issues from the moment he entered my home. He made suggestions but did not pressure me to buy. His work was excellent and exceeded expectations. He went out of us way to assure that my electrical needs would be addressed. I could not have asked for better service and I certainly would call Service Professor again, if needed.
Thank you very much for your 5-star review Cherie. Jim certainly knows his stuff. Spring will be here soon, and we hope you get a chance to enjoy it!
.
They aren't the cheapest, but they do a great job. You get what you pay for. I would hire them again. Also their yearly inspection service is a great deal.
Thanks for the support. Our Home Protection Plan is all about the safety of your entire home. We've done our research, and we know it's the best value out there!
The dispatcher called prior to the tech coming out and I was given 3 types of service repair estimates as he viewed the problem. I was happy with the whole process with this company.
Tony was thorough and professional. He wrote up several options that we could chose from, based on our needs.
All good.
I am enrolled in the yearly service maintenance program. Jim was out for the yearly plumbing inspection. Jim was just as friendly as the first time I met him (1 yr ago.) I really enjoyed visiting with him and working with him while he was in my home.
Duante, the electrician, was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. The office, however was evasive. Prior to setting the appointment I asked for a cost range to expect. for replacing a GFCI outlet and repairing a 3 way switch. The office said no way to know until he gets there and by the way it's $59 no matter what. The amount defined by the company for these two projects (which took less than 40 minutes from arrival to departure) turned out to be $315 not counting the $59 show up fee. Had I known that, I may have continued looking. This is not leverage I appreciate. There's more work at my house, I cannot in good conscience ask them to return, but not because of the on site staff, he was superb, it's the business model. I spoke to 5 different individuals setting and confirming and reconfirming the appointment. That tells me there is too much overhead, hence aggressive rate schedule.
