Read the fine print and be ready to be told all about a liner they can install to cure your problem forever, at a very expensive charge. They get the drain to flow which is how they advertise, but now I need to hire a plumber to actually remove the roots that are the problem. $1,591.00 later and another plumber charge, are not something I would recommend. When the City department came out, they said right up front let me guess they want to sell you a liner. I was pleased with the employees that did the work and was contemplating a liner until I was told I still need to get a plumber to clear roots. I should have done that in the first place and saved several hundred dollars. Senior Citizen on a fixed income could have done without this expense.
