We had an issue with low hot water pressure. They came out and cleared the valve that leaves the tank. Also recommended that we add a water softener as that what was causing the problem. Very friendly and efficient. I thought the pricing was fair but a little confusing they way they explained it. There was a service call fee, which they call something else, then there was a diagnostic fee. What I did not understand at first was that the diagnostic fee included the price of the repair.

Joshua was terrific. He took care of our needs and was very honest and up front with what our problem was with our Kitchen faucet. We would ask for him to come out again if the need arises.

I had a problem with one of my outlets. The problem was found immediately and I'm lucky I didn't have a fire before they arrived! That issue was fixed and a few other safety concerns were identified. I had already been considering replacing my smoke detectors so while he was there he did that and added the carbon monoxide detector. The Electrician doing the work was great. His style worked for me... he gave me facts - no hard sell and we discussed all the options. I will definitely use them again!

Service was great. I needed a new outlet added in my laundy room, it was done quickly and the electrician explained everything before and after service. Would definitely recommend.

They were punctual and very courteous. My plumber did some additional work but was not able to fix the leak for which I called them. He said it could be a problem on my roof with the flashing. The roofer came out and all was well. So I have to have SP come back.
