Excellent service and Adam was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained all that needed doing, and worked quickly and efficiently. What I thought was a slow/clogged drain really was a broken pipe, and after Adam fixed things, the drain is running better than it has in many years. I am happy to have found someone I can trust, who I can call for all my plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling needs. I will be calling to have some electrical projects done next.

The service was great, he was very personable and answered any questions I had. He also explained that due to a problem with my pipes that I would have more problems with clogs in the future unless the sagging was fixed. He also pointed out 2 leaks in the plumbing to be repaired but left the choice up to me to repair things myself instead of repairing and adding charges.

He addressed our company's policy of up-front pricing, so you knew before work was begun what the cost would be. We understand that sometimes people call other company's to check if our pricing is fair, but fail to consider it costs that company nothing to falsely claim they would have done the work for less. We know the work completed in your home was done with high standards and quality and our company stands behind the work completed on your electrical system.

They were very willing to come out and give me an estimate and do the work. However, If you do have them come to give you an estimate it will cost you $59.00. So be sure you want them to do the job before you call them or you will be out $59.00 just for an estimate.

While to cost of the work was more then I would have thought. Paul, the plumber who came, was good at explaining what he was going to do. He worked with us when it came to pricing. When the work was done he walked me through my house and showed me everything he had done and why he had done it. I would recommend them for any issues you have!
