Tim Voskuhl was our technician to assist with pluming issues. He was outstanding! His customer service, knowledge, explanation of the problem and the solution was excellent. He located a part that was needed and finished the repair the same day. The customer service of Service Professor was impressive with phone calls confirming the appointment, follow up after the appointment and an e-mail telling me that Tim was going to be our technician with a picture and background on Tim. I would highly recommend this company for any assistance you need in your home.

Satisfied with estimate provided by gas line installer. Scheduled appointment for electrician was canceled by the company and rescheduled for 6 days later. The company will provide a $25 discount to make up for the inconvenience but I would rather they kept the appointment.

Our service professional Tim, was very easy to work with. We had a leak in the main house drain which he located and then described the most efficient way to repair it. Although the area was in a very difficult location, he solved every problem and finished in very good time.
