Brandon K was a terrific rep for his company, The Service Professor. Knowledgeable and friendly. Explained step by step exactly what he was doing with my furnace. Informed me of my options with no pressure. Also explained the other services his company offers [electric, plumbing] without being pushy about it. The kind of honest and competent guy you want to do business with.

I liked that they told you what the price would be before they started and didn't work on an hourly rate, but it WAS expensive.
