My furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I was extremely pleased that they had someone here within an hour after I notified them. The two women I talked to on the phone were professional and thorough in their explanations of their service. The technician was also professional, efficient, and polite. He wore booties over his shoes while in the house and removed them when he went outside. He fixed the furnace in about 30 minutes and made suggestions for further maintenance. Of course, I wasn't happy about paying extra for a Sunday call, but that's nobody's fault but the furnace's. I would strongly recommend them.

because my service provider did not have a ladder high enough for my ceiling, he will come a second time with no added costs to me to hang a new light.

The home adviser price projection for project was $300-$500 for the project, I no thats just a rough guess butI had them put a garbage disposal in that I had already purchased, they just needed to replace the pipes underneath snake the drain and hook up disposal, also replace a faucet outside, could not have been more that $200 in parts, overall bill was over $1,000. Very pricey, might want to shop around. Like the quality but very expensive.

Unfortunately, it does happen sometimes that jobs drag out and our technicians need to spend more time than originally planned assisting a customer.
