Our technicians were very professional. When a problem arose because of a faulty part, they were quick to make the problem right for us. They did a great job in telling and showing us how to use our new equipment. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use this company again in the future if needed.

Excellent customer service! Came out to replace a gas line and some ducting that was damaged when a lightning strike caused an electrical fire. Very thorough and even came back out at no charge to answer some additional questions we had. Thank you!!

the work we requested was completed in a timely and professional manner. we are very pleased with the result. I thought the office called us too often and the price was a bit high. However, they came out right away, scheduled and completed the work immediately.

Donte was great. He listened, he recommended solutions, let me choose the options that fit my priorities and budget. Didn't have them do all of the possible work cuz I thought they were too expensive on a couple of solutions. Still spent $1500 on everything...it was okay writing the check... got great value on 80% of the stuff needed. Passed on the other 20%. I liked their business model and they were nice guys..

After taking the afternoon off for the appointment, they did not show up. When I called they said it was because of power outages in the area due to a storm. I can understand that, but they should have called and rescheduled so that I did not have to take a second day off! They did waive the service fee after I complained, but then they did not tell the service person who came to do the work that it was waived, so I had to speak up and ask to have it taken off the bill. which he did, no problem. The work itself was done well, worker very pleasant and would use them again.
