Dan and his apprentice Andrew were extremely helpful and they went above and beyond my expectations. Dan cleaned the floor where the toilet leaked (which I did not expect him to clean) before installing the new toilet. They were quick and efficient and I was surprised to have the installation done on the same day as the inspection / consultation. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

We had a weekend electrical issue and reached out to Service Professor. They answered the phone and said they could help! Our service tech John was on-time and appropriately masked for COVID-19. Turned out it was operator error on our part, but since we had to pay for the service call, John asked if we had any other issues while he was here. He was able to diagnose and troubleshoot a number of small issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We've scheduled an appointment to have Service Professor come back to help with some bigger projects. The price was very reasonable -- but it's invaluable to have someone respond after hours on a weekend when it's urgent. Service Professor will be our go-to from here on out!
