Each time that I have used Service Professor for various projects in my home they have always been thorough and complete. On this last visit for duct cleaning they actually informed me of what I did not need done and showed me what was needed. Excellent customer service and work!

Will grossly overcharge for services rendered. Prey on seniors and inexperienced. Will try to sell other services than the project on hand. Customer service essentially says, too bad, you should not have gone ahead with the repairs with us when I found out what reasonable and customary rates were for this job. Do not use under any circumstances.

Dylan and Garrett did a thorough cleaning of my glogged sink. Dylan explained what he found and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. They were both friendly, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions in laymen terms. I was given the cost before the work was done and because I have a maintenance agreement with Service Professor, I was told the benefits I was receiving. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend Service Professors to anyone.
