The Service Professor goes above and beyond for their customers, I appreciate the personal attention I receive each time I call with a request. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable. If you need electrical work ask for Josh Gierman, he is awesome!! For cooling ask for Brandon Kavanagh who is also awesome!! No matter what your service needs are, you will be pleased with the end result when you select the Service Professor for the job. Sharon M.

They really did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I do think the company they use for financing is horrible, so I would recommend saving up if able prior to repair. This however has no bearing on the great service and outstanding job done by the crew. We had our sewer main repaired. It was originally going to be a pipe bursting job but due to the old pipe being compromised they ended up doing an epoxy lining to the existing. The lining was more expensive but they did not charge full price since we had wanted a different fix. They really had to do a lot of work but got the job done and in the end gave me a fair deal. To top it off they even sent my neighbor a small gift basket because they blocked their driveway for part of the day/night. Great job! Great customer service!

time block was not great, would have to lose time at my job for them to look at and do the job.

My AC unit stopped working on a Friday evening (of course!). I called two companies that I have done business with in the past. One couldn't come out until Monday. The other call went to voicemail. I went to Home Advisor and put in my request for help. I received a call within 10 minutes from Service Professor. Service Professor was here at 0700am on Saturday morning and by 0820am I was up and running! Yes there is a weekend/emergency surcharge but it was worth it during our current 90 degree heat spell! My service technician Antonio was so pleasant, polite and professional. I am very happy!

I hired Service Professor to fix my tankless water heater. The plumber that came did reboot the water heater after calling the Navien tech line. However, the problem happened again 10 days later. I called to inform them that the problem had not been fixed. I didn't think I should have to pay another service call. I asked for a service tech with more experience fixing tankless water heaters. They arranged for a heating and cooling tech to come along with the original service man. I was to be charged for the heating & cooling service call, but the other would be waived. I was not convinced that I needed a heating & cooling tech & I specifically stated I wanted a new technition than before. I ended up calling the Navien sales rep for Michigan & he walked me through the easy fix. The Service Professor thought that the water heater would have to have new vents installed. I am so glad I questioned their plan & fixed it myself for free.

The technician was competent and friendly. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked. He explained the problem and let me pick an option without any pressure. The issue was resolved quickly and completely.

I did not hire the Service Professor to clear a clogged drain. I did hire this company to replace a faulty, leaking faucet in a laundry room. The service man was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The company charges to replace a twenty dollar faucet assembly was $525.00 with a discount for Vietnam Veteran, so the final charges were $487.00 for less than thirty minutes of work. I would never hire them again due to their exorbitant charges.

Check out job and out to truck to figure price. Much as I know about plumbing not a difficult job. Back with price. What!!! Had the option of turning it down, paying the service call and saying buh bye. If I had my shouldas I'd be rich and famous. Back in couple days to tweak couple things, no charge. Lotsa overhead. Would I use Service Professor again? Can't afford to.
