Informative about what they could/would do. Show respect for your home...ie put a rug down to use coming in and out of your home((not just in winter). Take everything “broken, damage” away with them. Make sure you understand what will be done, how,etc!

It was great to have someone available for emergency service. We did naturally pay a premium for that. The lower rating for the value is mainly because it's too soon to know whether we paid the right amount. The cost for the new sump pump seemed a little high, but maybe it's better quality than others I was quoted.

I rent a mother in law apartment in the basement of my fathers house . I gave explicit instructions for the workers not to bother the tenant upstairs (my father) and come directly to the lower unit door at the back of the house . My father is an alzheimers patient and just got home from the hospital the day before . The Service Professor worker ignored the instructions and went right to the front door when they arrived . The most important part of the job ! They apologized and proceeded to service the toilet . After an outrageous amount ( $525.00 ) to partially rebuild my toilet they even wanted to sell me more services ! I finally got them to leave after 3 hours of trying to talk me into more services they said were needed in the home . I was broke and my father was upset ! I later found out I could have had another plumber install a complete toilet for the money I paid . I wont use them again even for an emergency .Who can afford that kind of work ?
