There was a non-refundable fee just to get an estimate. Technicians were skilled, courteous, and thoughtful. They recognized that I was eligible for a lower cost when the job was easier to complete than the original estimate.

By far the best electrician experience we’ve ever had! Paul was phenomenal! He gave 110% start to finish. He walked us through what to expect during his visit. Listened thoughtfully to our job requests and proposed how he would go about making our requests a reality. Even with a few unexpected hiccups, he came up with outstanding solutions to still make our projects work to our liking. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and will definitely call on Service Professor again in the future when we have a need!
