Even though it s a simple problem and solution, I was treated with respect and not talked down to by Tavaris. That goes a long way with me. Emily is always very cheerful and pleasant to talk to. They really go the extra mile for their customers.

Fred and his crew were great. They were very prompt, showed up when they said they would, and made every effort to keep our living space clean while doing the work. They kept me up to date regularly on where the project was at and what to expect next. They were more than happy to let me be nosey when I came down to check out the work and they explained whatever stage they were at when I did. We were very happy with the speed with which they performed the work as well. The service was a little higher in cost than what we were hoping to pay, but for the peace of mind we have now that the work is done it was a sacrifice we were willing to make that was further justified by the excellent work the crew did. Highlights for me were the speed with which they worked and the Incredible job they did cleaning up when they were done. I think our basement was cleaner after they left than it was before they started working!

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE JUST HAD A SEVICE CALL WITH Tavaris TO REPLACE THE SUB PUMP AND HE ADVISED THAT HE WOULD GET US ON A SERVICE PLAN TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND FLUSH OUR SYSTEM SO THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.

We purchased a house in 2019 that came with the warranty on their waterproof system. The check valve and pump stopped working called EverDry and they came out the next day. Tavaris was very understanding and listened to what we had going on and fixed it fast. We cant thank them enough!
