I was very pleased with the service, he was here when he said he would be, took care of the problem and was very polite and courteous.

We had to replace the sub pump and backup battery. Tavaris, was a very pleasant person to do the work for us and I hope he gets a raise. He is a very cool person and he can come here anytime to do the work for us.

Everdry waterproofing came to fix my sump pump the computer was acting up. Tavaris came to give me a new top and he was very polite and friendly. Helped me install and make sure the computer was connected to my phone app. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Everydry performed unrequested maintenance on my sump pump and because the replacement pump was installed incorrectly it ran my water bill up $2000 from excessive usage. They came and corrected their mistake 8 months later, but refused to reimburse me. We had just had our first child at the time and my wife had to take unpaid time from work. It was the worst time for something like this to happen to us and Everdry made it as hard as they could throughout the entire experience. 6 months of back and forth with them and their insurance company as they tried to get me to go away made it so now I have no choice but to take them to small claims court. Needless to say, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

From the manager Jim to all the workers. Tryus, Marcus, Tyler and Michael....they were all so professional. Told us step by step what they were going to do. As they worked you could hear them really enjoying their job...to me that is a great reflection on a company that treats them well. They said the job would take them 3 days....and it did! I called Everdry Waterproofing because the sump pump was not shutting off. Adam came out and cleaned up the controls in the sump pump so that it would turn off and on as it should and made sure the back up battery was working. Adam was very courteous. He worked quickly and was happy to explain what had occurred and what he did. He also was very patient in answering my questions and putting my mind at ease in case of future problems.

The service guys did a great job. They went above and beyond cleaning up after the service work. Customer service was very friendly and some of the best Iâ ve dealt with! Thank you.

We were completely happy with Everdryâ s work! The team was timely, hardworking, kept us informed of every step of the process, and sought our feedback often. They offered to work late on a Friday evening to finish, and had to be told by us that it was OK to go home for the weekend!

Everdry originally waterproofed my basement in September 1989 and did an excellent job. In the years since, they have been to my house many times to do remedial work and to replace failed sump pumps. The most recent call I made to them was January 2023 when one of my two sump pumps failed. I called them on a Monday morning and on Tuesday morning Tyler and Mike arrived at the promised time, replaced the failed sump, and were on their way to the next customer in a mere 20 minutes. As always, I received fast, efficient, and reliable service from Everdry and I highly recommend their company for your waterproofing needs.
