The crew was polite & professional. The foreman let me know each day what the work schedule would be.Every afternoon the job site would be cleaned up inside & outside. I would then be walked around the job to be shown what work was done. The job was completed when promised. Great job!

I used Everdry because I wanted to do some remodeling in my basement. It has proved to be a good investment. The mold problem is gone. Others have commented that it doesn't smell like a basement!

Everdry waterproofing did an ok job for the amount of work they had to do. But there project management was very poor we were told 3-4 days for completion it turned into 9 days with one excuse after another why they could not send a full crew or work a full day. By the time they got done we were glad it was finally over with. So we thought. But since the completion of the job, they came here 3 times to fix various minor issues. Most likely due to management rushing to finish the job. Over all the crew worked very hard. And the whole crew were extremely polite and friendly.

Travaris was a great foreman, had all the guys working and moving along to get the job well done. Every man was a gentleman and very polite. Kept me informed when something was done and had me check it out as they went along, I also asked questions, which were answered to the best of his knowledge.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement about 15 years ago. I was skeptical that the effort would work because our basement was so wet. However, the waterproofing has worked very well over the years since the work was done. We have maintained a relationship with a small annual fee so that we could call on them when needed - and we have not been disappointed. When we have had questions or concerns they have responded quickly. This company has great customer service. I recommend them.
