I had a new sump pump auxiliary battery installed this month...Josh arrived on time & was very efficient...he was gone in about 15 minutes... very satisfied...

Had an issue with one of my three sump pumps. The appointment was made with a two hour arrival window. I received a call from Josh that they were 45 minutes away. He and Chandler arrived on time , quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Josh explained everything and he and Chandler ran the pump several time so show me it was operating properly.

Josh, arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. He explained the problem and replaced a broken sump pump. He also checked all other pumps and easy breeze to insure they were all in working order. He also reconnected an outside drainage pipe that had become disconnected. Thank you, Josh!

Giving Josh 5 stars. He was very professional, courteous and polite, arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and provided explanation on the issue. He was able to identify and clear up what was causing the issue and replaced the floating device very quickly and efficiently. He informed me of important details so I know what is going on. No payment out of pocket for the work they have done as we were paying the yearly warranty. Definitely worth it.

I'd say that the crew was friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of the steps and what they were doing. Also very helpful in moving large heavy items that we could not manage. They would let us know what time they'd be here and they were here on time.

Techs are always professional and respectful. They arrive at the appointment time and show what work has been done. I highly recommend Ever Dry for waterproofing.
