We have had our Everdry Waterproofing System installed for years and have enjoyed being able to use our basement as a spare room. There Service Personnel have been very friendly and helpful when a question has been asked. They take the time to explain so we can understand what is being done when they preform the service to our Everdry Waterproofing System. In my book I give the service personnel a rating of 10 they go above and beyond when the do service calls.

I had Everdry come in a while ago because my basement would get water at the craziest times. I saw them at the Erie County Fair and the lady talked to me about everything they offer and loved how they would come to the house to talk more with out knowing if i would do this. when the guy came over and i showed him what i had we talked about everything and worked out that this was something i needed done. they workers that came where very nice, the mess to very little plugged any holes my wall might have as well. before they left they even helped me put my washer and dryer back. i have been very happy going with Everdry, i have not had one problem and my basement is dry as a bone.. both my son and myself have been feeling so much better health wise as well and this was a huge point for me. if you are looking for a really good company to come in and give you honest answers this is the company. they did not try to sell me more then i needed and knew what i could afford and worked with me.

Anyone with water issues in basement Ever Dry is the company to call. I was very pleased with the job they did. They were all very Professional. Explaining what they would be doing and showing you what they did at the end of each day. Asked if you had any questions. They covered everything before starting job and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them highly.

Our basement has gone from a muddy, musty pit to a place that is dry and can be used for storage. Everdry has addressed issues and done repairs as needed. Good work!

My overall experience was excellent with Everdry. They have a large crew and never stop working for the entire week. The owner, production manager, and Forman went above and beyond to answer any questions and address all of my concerns. They left my home clean after this muddy mess was made and were always pleasant to me and my family.

The crew that came out was very hard working and very courteous. Took great care when working in the basement and covered all our belongings before starting work. Outside work took a day and a half and looked great when finished. After they finished the entire job, they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been there. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a dry basement.
