When we purchased our home, we were pleasantly surprised to find a great waterproofing system installed in our basement by a previous owner. We maintained the service agreement renewable warranty, which could be a lifesaver financially speaking. Just this week, we had Josh from Everdry Waterproofing service our system for an annoying noise we were hearing from one of our sump pump. When we called, the assistant (Emily) was courteous and promptly scheduled the service visit. Josh not only came on time but also gave us a courtesy call letting us know he was on his way which we truly appreciated. He was wearing his work uniform with the company name & logo and his own name clearly visible which it's always reassuring. Josh was personable, professional, and highly efficient. He quickly identified the cause of the noise we were experiencing and resolved it. He proceeded to explain the source of the problem and what he had just done while he showed it to us in the process. No one had ever explained to us the waterproofing system we "inherited" with the new home so he patiently and kindly explained to us how our waterproofing system works, its efficiency, and even some of the mechanics of it in a clear and simple manner as not everyone is so mechanically inclined. ;) He never came across as condescending or impatient. We felt more comfortable and "educated" about the value of our Everdry waterproofing system and the services the company provides after Josh's visit. He definitely took his time to answer all our questions about our system and its warranty coverage, and at no point, he appeared to be rushing; he even reminded us to schedule the normal maintenance once per year. We felt valued as customers and homeowners not only by Josh's attentive demeanor and undeniable professionalism but also by the company and its staff when we reached out to them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Everdry Waterproofing and we highly recommend them to anyone. BLB

Very pleased with Everdry. Our foreman was Richard and he was very proactive about letting us know what they did each day. I was particularly happy about how they would create a plastic barrier every day to prevent the dust from coming into the house, but they would take it down at the end of the day and clean up so we didn't feel like we were living under construction. Now that the work is over, the basement feels a lot drier and you can definitely smell the difference.

They postponed the job for a week and left my basement exposed. I?ll let you know if they do a good job next week

I've only had it for a week but I can already notice a difference no more musty basement smell and it looks great the new sub pump works like a charm .

We called EverDry to inquire about a basement ventilation system called EZ Breathe. Each and every employee we dealt with were highly informative, friendly and professional. First, Mike came to our house to inspect the basement and surrounding area outside. He explained how the EZ Breathe System works and we ordered the system. Several days later Josh installed the system and gave us specific but simple instructions for operation and care of the unit. We are extremely pleased with EverDry and their team! Everdry waterproofed our basement years ago and we have been very pleased with the results. We called Everdry recently to come and look at an area in the basement where we noticed water on the floor after a heavy rain. Miguel came and made the necessary adjustments to fix the problem. He came during the time he was scheduled to come, he explained what he would do, was efficient in completing the work and showed me the area upon completion. We have been very pleased with the company's attention to customer satisfaction.

Josh was really friendly and courteous, he went right down to take care of the problem and knew exactly what the problem was. He switched out the issues for me and even made sure everything else was set and up to date.
