I had the system installed a few years ago in 2018 and was recently having a problem with the battery backup, The technician that came to my house was very courteous and replaced the the pump with a new updated pump. I mentioned that there was gaps in the caulking along the back of the house and he was nice enough to take care of that as well!

Upon Adam's visit, he thoroughly inspected a previous basement and sump pump installation. All the while explaining exactly what was done in addition to answering our questions and concerns. Truly a professional of the highest ilk. Highly recommend Everdry and Adam for future projects.

Other than the dust from the jackhammering everything looks good. There is an issue with the Outlets used for the equipment, we no longer have use of them. Nothing was mentioned about it to us by them. We found out when my wife went down to do laundry and couldn't.

They are the experts when you have water coming into the basement. If you have a problem, they come and inspect, and know how to fix it. When fixed, they clean up and everything looks like it did before.

We called EverDry waterproofing instantly yesterday due to having issues with our sump pump not working correctly. Within a few hours in the same day Adam came out within the time frame he said hed be there and figured out the problem immediately and fixed it right away! Thanks EverDry for the great customer service and tending to us as quickly as possible!
