After noticing the pump the sump pump was making weird noises I called and the repair team came and repaired the problem quickly. I am very happy with Everdry's service.

I actually hired Everdry a few years ago to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump. They did a great job. I called them last fall because my backyard was becoming a marsh due to the output from the sump pump. They sent someone out a few days after I called to investigate the problem. He said they would extend the discharge pipe further away from the house. They sent a team out in early January but they couldn't complete the job because the yard was too wet. They rescheduled for March 28th. They called to confirm the appointment and Jeffrey showed up exactly on time. I had to leave for work, but Jeffrey assured me they could do the job without access to the house. He called me when they were almost done and sent 2 photos of the finished job. They did a great job and left the area clear, level and filled in. Jeffrey did a great job and it didn't cost me anything to have the work done! Everdry stands behind their work and this was completely covered. In addition, Emily called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company. It's wonderful to deal with reliable professionals who stand behind their work.

Communication frustrations but excellent work. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and the salesman took his time explaining the process to us. He did not, however, mention the use of the a third party plumbing company (something I realize is county-specific). Communication leading up to the work was poor; I was surprised when plumbers showed up at my house. I had to call Everdry to confirm when they would be coming and why a third party was involved. I rarely was able to get an answer and had to wait for a callback. Once Tavaris and his team arrived, however, they were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Tavaris made a point to explain everything to me step by step and managed his team appropriately. The outside team took care to only have my shrubs out of the ground for 45 minutes - time will tell if they make it through! This is very messy work and both teams were able to keep the mess to a minimum.

We needed our sump pump replaced . I called told them the problem they were quick and efficient very happy with how all was handled
