We had a serious mold problem 10 years ago. Everdry came in and waterproofed the basement and installed a maintenance free humidifier system. Our basement is still dry and mold free. There is never a damp smell. We have a battery backup system in case of a power outage.

I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing for its quality of service, including the professionalism and friendliness of its workers, punctuality, quality of materials, and durability. In the past 9 years, I have used Everdry 3 times for basement repair. The first time, 9 years ago, was when we bought the house. The previous owner had had Everdry install basement drainage along the inside perimeter. However, because the electric had been shut off and the sump pump not working, the basement was flooded. We contacted Everdry and they quickly corrected the situation, including cleaning out backed up drainage. Since then, the basement has been bone dry. Two years ago, we had them install Stablwall to correct a slight bulge in one wall. The original strips are purple, but, after I painted them, are barely noticible. These strips prevented any further bulging. Recently we had Everdry come and repair a few hairline cracks between cement blocks on the same wall. Because the entire wall had been warranteed when the Stablwall was installed, there was no additional charge. We love Everdry's lifetime warranty. We highly recommend this company for anyone with similar basement problems!

Spring of 2021 we had major water in the basement. The house is 20 yrs old and the drainage system failed due to silt and tree roots. Major work was done to restore the drainage. The additional sump pump did fail and they were prompt in replacing it. This spring there was some water again in the basement and placed a service call. The service date was booked several months away, but when inspector Tavaris did arrive he identified the problems and scheduled the repair job. The repair technician (Jose' and helper ) worked hard and non-stop to repair the failed areas. Their clean-up was excellent. They were polite and respectful. The annual maintenance fee we pay is well worth it, giving us the peace of mind knowing the company will be there when a failure occurs.

the worker was very courteous and prompt. i would recommend this company to others. there was a little confusion as to the battery we got. we were told that the technology would be upgraded, but it was not. at any rate, everdry is an excellent company.
