Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

Awesome company. We have had for 15 years had our first problem last week with all the thawing. They came out and fixed within 2 days of calling and we know how busy they were They even came back same day when the first solution did not work. Our service guy was wonderful.

From start to finish and even a service call with Josh, they are fantastic! Entire staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable & hard working. Definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend.

Good workman ship, cleaned up after work was completed; polite workers

i contacted Everdry due to my basement (that i always hated being in) was damp, moldly, smelled and 2 walls were crackingin numerous area. 1 corner near the sump pump water was leaking in if it was raining or snow melting outside. When the team came i met with Tavaris and his crew. They were all very nice & polite. They took careful steps to make sure everything was covered upstairs that they had to walk on & in the basement they covered everything. I was very nervous about having the work done but Tavaris explained every step to me before starting. i knew right then that i did not have to worry any more. Throughout the day he showed me what they were doing inside & outside the house. They dug around the outside put in ppies and created an area for the water to drain out in the yard. Inside the dug up all around the walls, put in pipes to drain into the new sump pump, treated the mold & fixed the walls. When the job was done my basement was amazing, it did not smell anymore and was dry! Tavaris, Freddy & the rest ofthe crew did a great job and cleaned up after the job. I am so excited decorate my basement now & i go into the basement just to walk around! The office staff always answered any questions when i called prior to the job starting. I strongly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about Everdry. 4-5 years by basement was a disaster from the constant flooding in my area. Everydry installed a state of the system in my basement and my basement stays dry as can be. We just had another flood yesterday (see pictures) with my creek rising and flooding my driveway and yard. The basement? Dry as can be. Amazing. I highly recommend these guys. One of the best investments of my life! As for service, this past week Josh came out and gave prompt, efficient service. What a great team!

Adam their technician was sent to our home. He was punctual, courteous, and knew his job well. Within a short time, Adam had our issue corrected and had us up and running again.
