Great work quality service

From meeting them at a home show, the three gentleman who came to our house on two occasions, the crew who performed the work at our house and finally the staff at the office, a huge thank you everyone. was very pleasant, professional and made sure we understood each and every step of the process to be done. We even had issues that the team leader called to be sure it was handled in the best way possible. It was to take three days to complete the project from start to finish but they completed it all in about a day and half, the basement was even cleaner when they were done than before the start. Yes I would highly recommend them for doing the repairs you need done.

From the inspection to the work, everyone was respectful and informative. Given that we live in the middle of nowhere (East Bethany NY) they were the only company that would even come look at my problems. The only place I would have liked a little more communication was when we were told we were being put on standby for an earlier start date only to wait 4 months and start on our "No later than" date. Which was was fine, just wish I would have known that so that I could have my water system moved. The work was done WAAAYYYY ahead of schedule and (hopefully) done well. Only time will tell on that. I'm not sure why my wife and I had to both be present on multiple occasions. I feel like one home owner would be suffice to get the ok. But overall i would recommend them to work on families basement.

The staff performed their job in a professional way, they were friendly to speak with but always on task. Mr. Lavaris on the first day of the job introduce himself and staff Mr. Robert ,Mr. Rashod, Mr. Darryl, and Mr. Cruze for a few days. Everyone else stayed for the four days. Each day Mr. Lavaris went over the progress of the work with a short summary of the day. He also explain it in clear details to my wife and I. He went over all the paperwork.

The Staff is very easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment the following day after I called. The repairman did the work requested and he cleaned up when he was done.

Yes it is expensive however it's still less than the cost every time your basement floods, for us the 4th time was enough. We hired Everdry to put drainage in and around our foundation. The crew was excellent (led by Benji) we received daily progress updates. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. So far very happy with the work that was done. Thank you.
