Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

Mike, was patient in answering my questions. He was on time and got right to the inspection upon arrival. He was very respectful of the areas he was in. He made adjustments necessary.

I actually needed a full waterproofing including a sump pump. From Frank the inspector, Nate who installed the E-Z Breathe, Fred and his crew who did the labor/work to Emily who called every day that the project was being done made me feel like I was part of their family. They answered any question that I had during the installs along with easing my concerns about any of the plants that were near the house. I'm very pleased with the finished project!

Jason came to inspect the sub pumps to make sure they were running properly and noticed some cracks and set up an appointment to come back and fix them , with in the next week he was here filling in the cracks I have never had any problems with Everdry Waterproofing they're always friendly and will go the extra mile to get things done . Jason was very friendly , professional and did a wonderful job .

We had EverDry waterproof our basement at the end of September. So far we have been highly satisfied with the work that was done. Our basement has been 100% dry. We have a few cracks that we wanted taken care of. Nate arrived promptly at our house today (11/19) and took care of everything. He explained why there were cracks, which are normal. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks, Nate!

I had Everdry do my basement over 20 years ago and I have never had a problem. The basement has been dry ever since and when I do have an issue, they have been there to help including a recent visit for a simple replacement of a vent cover for my EZ Breathe system by Brandon and Cody. Great communication and on schedule.

The guys that arrived on the job were on time and great, they were friendly . very helpful at helping me understand more about the system . they did a very good job did not leave a mess and are highly recommended

I first spoke with Mike and he explained everything and pricing and full details of what needed to be done. He had a lot of patience with all of my questions and Cody and crew came out and worked very hard and completed the job within the day and never left our property during the day and it was a hot day. My inside of the garage looks so much better and the issue has been resolved and our house has currently three sump pumps and I was told that if one broke down they would come out to fix it with our warranty. I would highly recommend this company and the employees work very hard and arrived early and explained everything during the project.

Everdry did an outstanding job waterproofing our basement. SJ as the Forman and Cody as his assist worked tirelessly along with their crew to complete this project in 4 days. My wife and I are very grateful and appreciative of Everdry crew and their management support for a job well done.

Replaced a part and it is working fine.
